You won't be able to grab this map until you've returned to 应急治疗中心 in search of Killer Croc's lair. Once you reach the very bottom of the facility - down two elevator shafts - look for the monster's meat locker. On the opposite side of the room is a staircase that leads to an office full of Killer Croc research. The map is there as well.

在你回到重症监护室寻找Croc的藏身处之前你是不能够得到这张地图的。一旦你到达了这个建筑的最底层——从两个电梯机井下——寻找那怪物的肉柜。在房间的对边有个楼梯通向装满了Croc研究记录的办公室。地图就在那。
